Working together in their studio in Santa Barbara, California, Mette and Sissel build upon their many years of travel, their Norwegian heritage, and their closeness to nature to make art. Their work is bound to reflect multiple influences, but is grounded in their great appreciation for all folk art, in a strong common aesthetic sense, and, most of all, in the great job of the creative process. Fish and bird sculptures stand about 4-5" high and are exquisitely detailed. Bird and fish pins are about 1.25"x1.5" and, in some cases, can also be used as pendants. Prices range from $65 to $145.
